Our Know Your Neighbour or “KYN” events are state-based events designed to bring local members together to network and discuss key challenges and opportunities specific to their area.
Hosted by WaterRA member ChemCentre - Western Australia’s premier chemical science facility - the upcoming event will be held on Monday 4th September at 10am in Bentley, WA.
This is a fantastic opportunity for our members based in Perth to come together, meet one another and discuss common challenges that are specific to Western Australia.
This event will include:
• Two feature presentations challenging water treatment issues in WA,
• A presentation by WA's major utility, Water Corporation, on their vision for future drinking water research
• An opportunity for our WA Research Members to pitch their capabilities and share the research they are currently undertaking,
• A networking opportunity with fellow members over lunch to discuss shared issues and strategies, and
• A tour of the ChemCentre emergency response van!
